Lithuanian-based international energy terminals operator, KN Energies has formed a German subsidiary - KN Energies Deutschland GmbH.  The new company will be responsible for the performance of its contract with German state-owned Deutsche Energy Terminal GmbH (DET) to deliver technical O&M services for the second Wilhelmshaven FLNG import terminal.
