TotalEnergies has announced the signing of a 5-year extension of its sales and purchase agreement (SPA) with CNOOC, for the delivery of 1.25 mill tonnes of LNG per year to China until 2034.

This is in line with the French energy giant’s strategy to grow its LNG sales portfolio, the company said.
