Chicago Bridge and Iron, the liquefied natural gas and energy construction company, has named Patrick K. Mullen as its new Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately.

French liquefied natural gas terminal operator Elengy, a subsidiary of energy company and utility Engie, has commissioned its own market report as the energy regulator starts a consultation process on tariffs applicable at France's regulated regasification facilities from 2017.
