French LNG terminals issue market study to oppose regulator's position on tariffs and costs

French liquefied natural gas terminal operator Elengy, a subsidiary of energy company and utility Engie, has commissioned its own market report as the energy regulator starts a consultation process on tariffs applicable at France's regulated regasification facilities from 2017.
