US and European natural gas prices fall led by UK drop to $1.70 per MMBtu on economic slump

US natural gas front-month futures declined because of forecast milder weather and as storage inventories built up, while European and Asian LNG price indicators continued to be pushed down by over-supply and lack of demand in the Atlantic and Pacific basins because of the global economic slump.
