US cargo for UK

July 4 (LNGJ) - A US LNG cargo was heading for the UK with the National Balancing Point market price at around the equivalent of $9.700 per million British thermal units.

   The “Rioja Knutsen” with 176,300 cubic metres of capacity is scheduled to discharge a US LNG shipment on July 11 at the South Hook terminal at the Welsh port of Milford Haven, according to shipping data. The cargo was lifted on June 27 from the Sabine Pass plant in Louisiana.

Qatar LNG for UK

May 9 (LNGJ) – The UK is scheduled to receive its first May delivery of liquefied natural gas at the South Hook import terminal at the port of Milford Haven in Wales.

   The delivery will come from Qatar onboard the tanker “Aamira”, a Q-Max vessel with 260,910 cubic metres of capacity and scheduled to berth on May 10, according to shipping data. The cargo was lifted at the QatarEnergy export plant at Ras Laffan in the Arabian Gulf on April 6 and the ship had travelled around South Africa to the UK.

Two UK cargoes due

April 18 (LNGJ) - The UK is scheduled to receive two LNG cargoes in the next week, one from Algeria at the Isle of Grain terminal on the Medway River in Kent and a second from the US at the South Hook terminal at the Port of Milford Haven.

   The carrier “Ougarta” with 171,800 cubic metres capacity is scheduled to discharge a shipment on April 19 at the Isle of Grain facility, according to shipping data. The cargo was lifted from Algeria’s Arzew plant on April 15. The UK’s second cargo will be delivered on April 23 by the “GasLog Westminster”, which has 180,000 cubic metre of capacity, from the Sabine Pass plant in Louisiana. That shipment was loaded on April 11 at the Sabine facility owned by Cheniere Energy.

Qatar LNG flows to UK

April 11 (LNG) - The UK is scheduled to receive a second cargo in the next week from Qatar. The Qatari Q-Max carrier “Al Dafna” with 262,000 cubic metres capacity is scheduled to berth at the UK South Hook terminal on April 16 after lifting a cargo on March 13 from the Ras Laffan plant in the Arabian Gulf and sailing round the southern tip of Africa to deliver it.

   The “Tangguh Palung” with 154,800 cubic metres capacity is scheduled to discharge a cargo on April 13 at South Hook, according to shipping data. That shipment was loaded on March 15 at QatarEnergy’s Ras Laffan export terminal.

March 18 (LNGJ) - The UK is resuming more regular LNG imports on March 24 after a brief pause as the UK National Balancing Point market price increases to the equivalent of around $8.755 per million British thermal units.

   The carrier “Kool Blizzard” with 154,950 cubic metres capacity is scheduled to discharge a US shipment on March 24 at the South Hook import terminal at the Welsh Port of Milford Haven, according to shipping data. The cargo was lifted on March 13 from the Cove Point plant in Maryland.

UK March cargoes

Feb 27 (LNGJ) - The first March LNG cargoes are heading for the UK from Trinidad and the US. The vessel “Magdala” with 173,400 cubic metres capacity is scheduled to discharge a cargo on March 1 at the Dragon import terminal in Milford Haven, according to shipping data. The cargo was lifted on February 19 from the Point Fortin plant in Trinidad.

   The “Maran Gas Vergina” with 173,605 cubic metres capacity is due to berth with a US cargo on March 4 at the South Hook terminal at Milford Haven. The cargo was lifted from the Cameron plant near Lake Charles in Louisiana on February 21.

UK cargo deliveries

Feb 9 (LNGJ) - The UK LNG import terminals at the Port of Milford Haven are scheduled to receive three cargoes next week, one from Egypt and two from the US, according to shipping data. The “Maran Gas Hector” with 174,000 cubic metres capacity is due to deliver a shipment to the Dragon terminal at the Welsh port on February 12 from the Egyptian plant at Damietta.

   The “Energy Intelligence” carrier with 174,000 cubic metres capacity will berth on February 13 at the South Hook terminal with a cargo from the Corpus Christi plant in Texas lifted on January 31. The “Cool Explorer” vessel with 160,000 cubic metres of capacity will discharge a US cargo at the Dragon facility on February 15. The shipment was loaded on February 5 at the Sabine Pass plant in Louisiana.

Jan 30 (LNG) - Two more cargoes are heading for the UK and Belgium including one from Qatar that was routed around South Africa’s Cape of Good Hope. The fully-laden Qatari Q-Flex carrier “Al Ghariya” with 205,940 cubic metres capacity is due to deliver a cargo on February 9 to the Zeebrugge terminal in Belgium, according to shipping data. The cargo was loaded on January 11 at the Ras Laffan plant in the Arabian Gulf.

   The “Palu LNG” with 159,800 cubic metres capacity is scheduled to deliver a US cargo on February 3 to the UK South Hook import terminal at the Port of Milford Haven, according to shipping data. The cargo was lifted on January 17 from the Freeport plant in Texas.
