Crown LNG Holdings, a developer of LNG liquefaction and regasification terminal technologies for harsh weather locations, has concluded two acquisition agreements - KGLNG and Grangemouth. Both form the basis of Crown LNG's entry into the global LNG infrastructure network, the company said.
