B&V and Baker Hughes enter collaboration on standard LNG tech
Black & Veatch (B&V) will use Baker Hughes’ LM9000 gas turbine and compression technology as part of a standard module capable to produce up to 2 mtpa of LNG. The intention is to utilize PRICO technology to produce up to 2 mtpa of LNG per train.

Kansas company Black and Veatch will be owner’s engineer at Brazil LNG-to-power project
Black and Veatch, the US liquefaction technology and energy project company based in Kansas, said it was selected as owner’s engineer by Centrais Eletricas de Sergipe for the 1,516-megawatt combined-cycle, gas-fired power project in northeast Brazil, which will receive LNG cargoes from Qatar Petroleum marketing company Ocean LNG.
