Recently constituted LNG player, Capital Clean Energy Carriers (CCEC), last week declared a cash dividend per share of $0.15 for the fourth quarter of 2024.
The 4Q24 cash dividend will be paid on 12th February, 2025, to common shareholders of record on 6th February, 2025, the company said.
CCEC is now one of the world’s leading gas carriage solution platforms with a focus on energy transition, the company claimed.
Its operational fleet includes 16 high specification vessels, including 12 of the latest generation LNGCs and four Neo-Panamax containerships, one of which is to be sold in the first quarter of 2025.
In addition, CCEC’s orderbook includes six more LNGCs, six dual-fuel medium gas carriers and four handy liquid CO2/multi-gas carriers.
They are to be delivered between the first quarter of 2026 and the third quarter of 2027.
