LNG

India imported almost 1.3 million tonnes of mostly short-term and incremental LNG cargoes last month, with Royal Dutch Shell bringing in more cargoes to the Hazira import facility north of Mumbai.

Opposition is mounting against the Jordan Cove LNG export project in the Pacific Northwest of the US, with two congressional Democrats criticising the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission processes and asking for an extension of the public comment period.
