Petroleum Safety Authority of Norway finds serious breaches at Statoil LNG plant

The Petroleum Safety Authority Norway (PSA) said it found serious breaches of regulations while carrying out an audit related to the application and use of risk analyses, and fire load and fire resistance at the Statoil-operated Hammerfest LNG plant.
