Golar LNG set to delist shares from Oslo bourse and advises shareholders on action

Golar LNG, the carrier and project development company controlled by Norwegian shipping tycoon John Fredriksen, said the last day of trading on the Oslo stock exchange of its Norwegian-listed shares will by August 30.
