US Pointe LNG advances as second export facility proposed for banks of Mississippi River

US regulators have started the pre-filing environmental review process for the Pointe LNG liquefaction project proposed for the East Bank of the Mississippi River in Plaquemines Parish in Louisiana, which would be the second riverbank export facility planned for south of New Orleans.
