US marine LNG plant to be completed in 2017 to supply ships and East Coast bunker barges

Construction is starting on a liquefied natural gas production and supply joint venture in the Port of Jacksonville in Florida with plans to load bunkering barges to deliver marine LNG up and down the East Coast of the United States.
