BP is still on side for Browse LNG venture after cancelling Great Australian Bight project

The decision by BP to abandon its planned exploration and drilling programme in the Great Australian Bight offshore South Australia has left the state government and the region disappointed, though the UK company said it was still ready to invest in the Browse Floating LNG project offshore Western Australia.
