LNG shipping and importing companies agree charter contract for spot cargoes

The Baltic and International Maritime Council (Bimco), the largest of the international associations for shipowners, and the France-based International Group of Liquefied Natural Gas Importers, have issued the first definitive voyage charter party contract designed for the expanding LNG spot market.
