California utility signs fourth LNG supply accord for planned Louisiana export plant

A Southern California phone utility company that expanded into energy has signed its fourth preliminary LNG supply agreement for the liquefaction and export facility it plans to build on Monkey Island in Cameron Parish, Louisiana.
