Nov 21 (LNGJ) - The US Department of Energy released data on LNG exports showing that five cargoes were shipped from the Sabine Pass liquefaction and export plant in Louisiana, operated by Houston-based Cheniere Energy. The shipments went to five different countries: Mexico, Jordan, India, Turkey and Kuwait at prices ranging from $4.73 per million British thermal units to $6.28 per MMBtu. Five other cargoes were shipped in ISO containers from the small-scale Hialeah liquefaction plant at Medley in Florida on conventional cargo vessels via the Port of Miami to the Caribbean island of Barbados. These shipments were priced at $10.00 per MMBtu.
