March 29 (LNGJ) - Gassco, the Norwegian pipeline operator and one of the main competitors to LNG in Europe, has introduced a new management team under Chief Executive Frode Leversund. Gassco’s team includes Oystein Rossebo, responsible for development and innovation and Inghild Storesund, head of finance and improvement processes. In addition, Randi Viksund is in charge of safety and quality, Kristin Kinn Kaste heads system operations, Jonathan Alcock is responsible for asset management and Ingolf Voll now heads human resources and communication. “I have great expectations for this new management team, and believe we have found a good balance between renewal and continuity,” said CEO Leversund. Gassco transported a record 108 billion standard cubic metres of natural gas in 2015 from the Norwegian continental shelf to terminals in Germany, Belgium, France and the UK.
