Oct 22 (LNGJ) - LNG player GDF Suez said its board led by Chairman and Chief Executive Gerard Mestrallet unanimously co-opted Isabelle Kocher as a board member and appointed her as Deputy CEO, replacing Jean-François Cirelli, and as Chief Operating Officer. The appointment is effective on November 12, the French company said. "The board and its chairman also sought to emphasize the success of this rigorous and collective decision-making process, the goal of which was to serenely and with anticipation prepare Gerard Mestrallet's succession."
