Oct 22 (LNGJ) - Angola LNG in southwest Africa, operated by Chevron Corp., has pushed back its re-opening to the end of 2015 from mid-2015 as it undergoes a technical reorganization. The Angola LNG plant with a single-Train and a nameplate capacity of 5.5 million tonnes per annum has been mostly closed since first coming on stream in June 2013, 18 months behind schedule. The Angolan setbacks had included multiple electrical fires, pipeline leaks and a worker's death after a rig collapsed.
