LNG firm approves LSE exit

July 11 (LNGJ) - Gasol, the LNG development company with import terminal projects in the smaller countries of West Africa and on the Mediterranean island of Malta, has voted at a shareholder meeting to end the listing of its shares on the London Stock Exchange. The decision was taken after consultation with African Gas Development Corp., Gasol's major shareholder. It is expected that trading in the shares on the LSE Alternative Investment Market and their cancellation will be completed on Monday, July 21.
