July 10 (LNGJ) - GTT, the French LNG tank technology licence owner, said it was notified by South Korean shipbuilder Hyundai Heavy Industries that two newbuild carriers for Monaco-based shipping company GasLog will use its membrane tanks. GTT, formed from the merger of French companies Gaztransport and Technigaz, said the two GasLog vessels are expected to be delivered in 2017 and will be built with the Mark III Flex membrane technology "which allows for an optimized daily boil-off rate of cargo LNG."
