Nov 9 (LNGJ) - Golar LNG Ltd. completed the sale of carrier "Golar Grand" to affiliate Golar LNG Partners for a price of $265 million. The partnership will assume a $90M finance lease liability in respect of the vessel and pay Golar Partners the balance of $175M in cash.
