Nov 9 (LNGJ) - Japan and Mozambique have held a very successful round of talks in Maputo involving Isao Matsumiya, Japanese State Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry and his counterpart in the south-east African country. About 60 people from the private and public sectors participated. Matsumiya asked that Mozambique smoothly develops its LNG project from feed-gas in the Rovuma basin in which Mitsui is a shareholder. A Japan-Africa Resource Ministerial Meeting will be held in Japan in May 2013.
