Atlantic LNGC freight rates fell for a sixth consecutive week to $48,000 per day, while Pacific rates eased to $44,250 per day last Friday, according to Spark Commodities’ analyst, Qasim Afghan.
He added that the US front-month arbitrage to Northeast Asia via the Cape of Good Hope was more strongly pointing to Europe, driven by a fall in the JKM/TTF spread.
