Under fire US based LNG plant developer, New Fortress Energy (NFE”) has signed a forbearance agreement with representatives of the holders of its new senior secured notes, due 2029.
Under this agreement, the due date for interest payments scheduled for 17th November, 2025 has been effectively extended to 15th December, 2025.
During the forbearance period, NFE said it would continue to work constructively with the company’s stakeholders.
