Poland has set a new record for LNG deliveries this year, with the Świnoujście terminal receiving its 63rd cargo, surpassing the previous annual record of 62 shipments set in 2024.

This increase is attributed to the terminal's expansion and Poland’s plans to strengthen its energy security.

The latest shipment was delivered by the LNGC ‘Lech Kaczynski’, which arrived with a cargo loaded at Venture Global’s Calcasieu LNG export plant.

She is chartered to Polish energy company, ORLEN, which is responsible for handling all of the supplies at the Gaz-System operated Świnoujście  LNG import terminal.
