Swiss based commodity trader, MET Group has appointed Luis Sánchez as the new Head of LNG.
MET said that it had has been expanding its LNG business in recent years, importing the gas to multiple countries across the Mediterranean, Northwest Europe and the Nordic region.
Luis Sánchez, formerly Uniper’s Global Head of LNG Trading and Origination, was due to start his new position at MET International on 1st April.
He takes over from Esther Ang, who will assume the role of Head of LNG Origination in the new structure.
