Weekly US LNG shipments rise

Twenty-six LNGCs left US export terminals between 15th and 21st August, compared with just 20 the week before.

Eight sailed from Sabine Pass, five from Corpus Christi, four from Freeport, three each from Calcasieu Pass and Cameron, two from Cove Point, and one from Elba Island.

They had a combined LNG-carrying capacity of 99 bill cu ft  according to shipping data provided by Bloomberg Finance to the US Energy Information Administration (EIA).
