The Russian FSRU and LNG carrier Marshal Vasilevskiy loaded a cargo onto the Cool Rover last week, our data indicated. However, the purpose of that loading remained unclear at the time of writing. Whilst there have been suggestions the Russian vessel would theoretically be capable to export LNG, the LNG transfer onto the Cool Rover could also be in preparation of the FSRU being redeployed. Despite being commissioned in 2019, the Kaliningrad terminal has yet to see consistent commercial activity.
