US LNG developer Tellurian and oil major Shell have signed an important SPA for Tellurian’s proposed Driftwood LNG project in Louisiana. Previously, the Driftwood project had struggled to pass the committed volume threshold for its FID, but the Shell SPA is set to close that gap.
