IM Skaugen looks to July 31 AGM to pave way to become Norgas Carriers AS in small-scale LNG

IM Skaugen, the Norway-based operator of multi-gas carriers, has scheduled its annual shareholder meeting for Oslo on July 31 after achieving a form of bankruptcy protection from a court in Singapore as it plans to become a participant in the small-scale LNG market.
