IM Skaugen, the Norway-based operator of multi-gas carriers, has scheduled its annual shareholder meeting for Oslo on July 31 after achieving a form of bankruptcy protection from a court in Singapore as it plans to become a participant in the small-scale LNG market.

Evergas, the Denmark-based operator of a 26-vessel multigas fleet including new small-scale carriers with LNG and ethane loading capability, has held a US naming ceremony for the eighth and final newbuilt Dragon-Class vessel with 27,500 cubic metres capacity and constructed in China.
