Lake Charles LNG export project in Louisiana extends construction start-up permit to 2019

Lake Charles LNG, the liquefaction and project owned by US pipeline company Energy Transfer and involving Royal Dutch Shell, has asked regulators to extend the deadline for the start of construction to November 2019.
