Australian owner of two North American LNG export projects ponders US listing and HQ move

LNG Ltd, the Australian developer of two North American export plants in the US state of Louisiana and in the Canadian province of Nova Scotia, said it is exploring the possibility of basing the company in the US and listing its shares on either the New York Stock Exchange or Nasdaq global exchange.
