British Columbia LNG projects frozen as Quebec advances with shale fracking and LNG trucking

While the Canadian province of British Columbia’s LNG industry is frozen, the French-speaking province of Quebec is moving forward with some hydraulic fracturing in a potentially huge shale play and in LNG truck deliveries to remote areas.
