Enagas takes control of sixth LNG terminal with deal for Sagunto regas facility in eastern Spain

Enagas, the Spanish natural gas transmission company and LNG terminal owner, has taken a majority stake in the Sagunto import terminal in eastern Spain, giving it control of six regasification facilities in the country.
