US shipping group Crowley plans truck and ship exports from small Canada LNG plants

US shipping group Crowley has applied to the Canadian National Energy Board for an export permit to ship LNG south by truck, barge or ship from small-scale liquefaction plants currently operating or being expanded in Canada.
