MOL and Osaka Gas order two LNG carriers in Japan

Mitsui OSK. Lines, the Japanese LNG carrier fleet operator, and the shipping arm of utility Osaka Gas said they had signed an agreement to co-own two new LNG carriers to be built in Japan.

The two vessels will be built for the Japanese companies at the Mitsubishi Heavy Industries shipyard and are scheduled for launching in 2014 and 2015.
