Arrow Energy Ltd., owned by Royal Dutch Shell and PetroChina, agreed to buy coal-seam gas company Bow Energy with an improved offer of A$535 million (US$524M) to increase feed-gas supplies for the Arrow LNG project in Eastern Australia.
The Arrow project on Curtis Island, near the port of Gladstone, is one of four major CSG-to-LNG ventures in the state of Queensland.
