Kosmos Energy, a shareholder with BP of the UK in the delayed floating LNG project offshore Senegal and Mauritania in West Africa, has agreed to sell upstream interests in a portfolio of other frontier exploration assets to a subsidiary of Royal Dutch Shell for around $100 million, plus future contingent payments of up to another $100M.
