The National Energy Administration (NEA) of China sees the country’s gas demand rebound in the second half of 2023 and reach up to 390 Bcm for the full year, a 7 percent increase. Growth is largely driven by city gas demand from the commercial sector and several gas-fuelled power stations being dispatched during the summer.
