Pavilion Energy of Singapore is planning to work with US major ExxonMobil, whose volumes come from liquefaction plants in Qatar, Australia and the Asia-Pacific region, in developing LNG bunkering in the Asian city state.
Most FLNG and FSRU terminals under development involve long-term or permanent mooring of vessels. Traditional mooring systems for these vessels involve mooring lines, quick release hooks and conventional fender systems, but these solutions are primarily intended for transient mooring scenarios.
