Petronas and partners must decide now whether to build Pacific NorthWest plant

Malaysian energy company Petronas is now considering whether to proceed with the Pacific Northwest LNG export project after the Canadian federal government gave conditional approval, with 190 mitigation measures attached, including for the first time the imposition of a maximum cap on greenhouse gas emissions.
