Dec 19 (LNGJ) - Corpus Christi Liquefaction, a subsidiary of Sabine Pass export plant owner Cheniere Energy, has entered into an amended engineering, procurement and construction contract for Stage Two of the Corpus Christi plant in Texas with US engineering company Bechtel for an amount of $2.36 billion. “The work to be performed includes procurement, engineering, design, installation, training, commissioning and placing into service of the Stage Two natural gas liquefaction facility, consisting of one liquefaction Train with an expected nominal production capacity of 4.5 million tonnes per annum,” said Cheniere.
