Nov 25 (LNGJ) - Technip, the French energy and LNG engineering company, and US peer FMC Technologies have named their respective designees to the Board of the combined company to be called TechnipFMC. The 14-member board will have seven persons from each company. They include from the Technip side Chief Executive Thierry Pilenko, future Executive Chairman of TechnipFMC and designated Chair of the Strategy Committee and Marie-Ange Debon, Chair of the Audit Committee. FMC’s seven board members include the new Chief Executive of TechnipFMC Douglas J. Pferdehirt and Peter Mellbye as Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee.
