July 21 (LNGJ) - The North West Shelf LNG plant in Western Australia, whose shareholders include six major energy companies including Woodside and Shell, said it was continuing to progress with front-end engineering and design associated with the proposed development of resources from New York-based Hess Exploration’s permits in the Carnarvon Basin. The FEED study will enable a final investment decision on the proposed third-party feed-gas processing project with Hess.
