June 15 (LNGJ) - Cheniere Energy, owner and operator of the US LNG export plant in Louisiana, said its subsidiary called Sabine Pass Liquefaction, has borrowed $1.5 billion from Credit Suisse Securities (USA) in the form 5.875 percent senior secured notes due in 2026.
