Saudi Aramco has published its prospectus for its planned initial public offering (IPO) with at least 0.5 percent of its shares due to start trading on the Riyadh Tawadul stock market in December and with the company outlining its strategy, including LNG project plans and proposals on meeting increasing domestic natural gas demand.
Tellurian Inc. closed its public offering of 10 million shares at $10.00 per share and its net proceeds amounted to $94.8 million to spend mostly on engineering and development expenses for the Driftwood LNG project in Louisiana.
June 15 (LNGJ) - Cheniere Energy, owner and operator of the US LNG export plant in Louisiana, said its subsidiary called Sabine Pass Liquefaction, has borrowed $1.5 billion from Credit Suisse Securities (USA) in the form 5.875 percent senior secured notes due in 2026.
